The Reiki master places their hands on different parts of the body, the energy points connected to the chakras. … It’s simply a matter of placing the hands and remaining like that for a few minutes.<\/p>\n

What is a Reiki session like?<\/h3>\n

During the session, the client remains on the treatment table, fully clothed but without shoes.<\/p>\n

The therapist places their hands on different areas of the body, sending energy.<\/p>\n

What a Reiki session feels like:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some people feel very relaxed, others experience emotions, others feel the energy flowing through their body, and some don’t feel anything in particular. However, the energy always works in a beneficial way, both physically and emotionally.<\/p>\n

After the treatment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • They feel relaxed and much calmer.<\/li>\n
  • The effect lasts for several days after the session.<\/li>\n
  • They sleep better.<\/li>\n
  • It helps to release emotional blockages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For a chronic illness, four sessions are recommended (one per week).<\/p>\n

    To regain energy and strength, or simply to relax, one or two sessions are sufficient.<\/p>\n
